KOTAMON I Need a Bigger Shelf — Stuck at 11/12 Figurines

Requirement at a glance

Steam description	Find 12 collectable figurines.
Progress track	Collectibles
Published target	12 figurines

Stuck at 11/12?Recheck every fixed yard pickup before repeating more heaps. Current replies identify a missed truck-hood figurine as one cause of an 11/12 counter; if all six landmarks are confirmed, the remaining route is random trash-heap finds with no published guaranteed run length.

Finish the twelfth figurine safely

Open the complete location guide and walk all six fixed landmarks again.
Open the crashed truck’s hood and inspect the office roof rather than relying only on visible ground pickups.
Collect every loose item before requesting the next trash heap.
Continue heap cycles only after the fixed route is complete; the August 22 patch increased figurine chances but gives no percentage or pity counter.
Use the in-game pickup counter and Steam notification as the completion result.

What Steam does not showThe one-line requirement does not expose internal counters, drop rates, or hidden prerequisites. Use the game’s current counter and Steam unlock notification when the wording says “all” without a number.

Record the result

Steam remains the source of truth for whether the achievement has unlocked. For card-related goals, the local collection tracker can help you keep a separate, exportable checklist.
