The order is flexible. Start with the ground-level pickups, clear enough of the central pile to expose its hiding place, then finish with the truck hood and roof. Guidexon notes that the figurine identity at a spot can vary between players.
Stuck at 11/12 figurines? Recheck the six fixed spots
A current player reported one missing figurine after three complete trash-heap clears. In the replies, two players who had also suspected bad luck found that they had missed a fixed yard pickup instead. The truck hood was one confirmed miss; the roof, office, garage, fence, and compactor landmarks are also worth checking again.
- Walk the six fixed locations above from the beginning, even if the shelf looks nearly complete.
- Interact with the crashed truck’s hood. It is the unusual fixed pickup because the hood must be opened before the figurine is visible.
- Check the office roof and the obscured ground-level corners without relying only on a yellow outline.
- If all six fixed pickups are confirmed, collect every loose item before requesting the next heap and continue the random-drop route.
Figurines 7–12 come from trash heaps
- Pick up every loose collectible before opening the next heap.
- Clear the active heap completely so small objects are not hidden under bags or dirty cards.
- Ask Jenny for another heap and repeat the sweep.
- Use the 1, 5, 9, and 12 achievement notifications as milestone checks.
Prevent missing or disappearing figurines
A Steam thread opened on August 24 reports that cards and figurines left on the ground can disappear when the next trash heap is activated. One player later saw the same figure spawn again, but that is not a guaranteed recovery method.
Finish the current cleanup, collect every visible card, tape, outfit, and figurine, and only then request another heap. The August 21 official update separately says a valuable item thrown into the compactor can be picked up again; that fix does not establish that loose objects are safe during a heap change.
A different report describes figurines already placed on the display shelf becoming invisible after restarting. The game still appeared to count occupied shelf positions, and the new pickup floated instead of placing normally. Treat that as a separate display or placement symptom: keep the affected save, do not discard more figurines, and report the version plus a screenshot. File verification, reinstalling, and the Stuck control did not resolve the reported case.
How to reach the roof figurine
The roof pickup is under the antenna. The easiest route depends on the current trash layout: climb the large pile when it reaches the office, or use the barrels and angled wooden beams on the side opposite the compactor to reach the upper ledge and balcony.
- Face the office from the yard and move to the side away from the compactor.
- Jump onto the barrels, then the inclined beams or the nearby high trash pile.
- Move across the upper ledge to the balcony and climb onto the roof.
- Check beneath the antenna and pick up the figurine before leaving.
Players also report parkour routes from the compactor, but the trash-pile or angled-beam route is easier to reproduce without building a tower of loose bags.
